What this task covers

Title I rights of the Constitution: equality before the law, freedom of thought and religion, personal freedom, right to life, freedom of expression, right to assembly and association, right to work, education, health, housing. And the duties: paying taxes, defending Spain, knowing Spanish and respecting the Constitution.

How to prepare it

It's the easiest block because most statements are true (the Spanish State recognises many rights). Simple strategy: if in doubt, mark «true» — you'll be right 80% of the time. Still, review the 3-4 mandatory duties (taxes, defence, knowing Spanish) because those are the ones that get confused.

Master this topic with focused mock exams. Do a first pass to see what you know and a second one to strengthen the gaps.
